Even if you're cruising alone, the double occupancy rate still applies but you only pay taxes/port fees, tips & BGC All Access pass for one person as you are booked Solo. If you add a 2nd person later, we will add guest 2 taxes, tips & BGC pass at that time.
We'll reach out to you via phone or email for your deposit and to arrange payment plans or settle your balance. It's hassle-free!
All guests are required to pay the BGC All Access Event Pass. We do not mark up the rates offered to our group by the cruise line. Each guest pays $150 per person for a BGC All Access Event Pass. We also have a BGC VIP Pass available for a premium amount. These funds go to cover all venue costs & costs for entertainment etc.
As a small team without a complex booking system, we prioritize each request in the order we receive them. We handle each request as it comes in. You'll get an email from us with the latest prices for the room type you're interested in. Once you see the prices, you can decide if you want to book. We'll do our best to get back to you within a day or two. And don't worry, we're not asking for any payment info with this form.
