When it comes to cruise fares, they are typically based on double occupancy. Therefore, if you are traveling solo, you’ll need to pay for a 200% single supplement, which means paying for two spaces even though you’re traveling alone. However, we offer a complimentary room mate matching service to help you find a compatible roommate for your cruise journey. By using this service, you can avoid paying the single supplement fee and share a room at no extra cost.
Please note that our room mate match service matches individuals based on smoking preference and gender (Male | Female | Trans / Nonconforming) exclusively. We do not take any additional criteria or requests into consideration.
However, it’s important to keep in mind that if you require a CPAP machine or any other noise-generating device, you will not be eligible for the room mate match service.
If you’re not comfortable with a random match, we understand. We suggest considering other options, such as posting in our Facebook group to see if anyone else is also looking for a roommate. Alternatively, posting on your own Facebook / Instagram / etc may also help you find a friend who is interested in going.
In the event that we are unable to find a roommate for you. You will be offered a full refund or the option to pay the remaining supplement. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of a roommate. We will do our best to assist you in finding a suitable match, but ultimately it depends on the availability of other participants.
